Again this year, for the seventh edition of the #Milan Fashion Institute’s Fashion Law course, to be held from 3 July to 28 July 2023, Massimo Maggiore and Aurelio Assenza of our firm will be lecturing upon the protection of #industrialdesign and #trademarks in the #fashionindustry and how they relate to other #IPRs as means of protection of fashion creations. For the second year in a row, Aurelio Assenza will also be the coordinator of the #FashionLaw course at the MFI.
Massimo and Aurelio are eager to meet this year’s class and look forward to fruitful discussions and exchanges with students.
