Our public contracts practice focuses on advising clients on the legal requirements and regulations involved in these contracts, including compliance with public procurement rules and bidding procedures and includes, especially in the set of construction related agreements (design and engineering, construction and all services related to the construction process), all the ancillary accomplishments that accompany the contract itself (the preparation of the tender, the assistance to all the phases of the bid and the preparation and negotiation, if any, of the public agreement).
