Law Degree in law at Padova University in 1992, admitted to the bar in 1995, Eva is the founding partner of EMLEX together with Massimo.She leads the M&A, Real Estate, Environmental and Public Related Sectors departments along with the one on Compliance with corporate liability under Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001.

Irene has been working as the firm's receptionist and secretary since January 2022. She is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, handling calls and correspondence, coordinating appointments and meetings, as well as providing administrative support to the firm's professionals. Of herself she says "I consider myself a determined person and my goal is to acquire new skills in order to grow both professionally and personally".
