Louboutin vs Amazon case
This is issue no. zero of a possible series of short videos, in which emlex’s lawyers shall be discussing interesting legal developments in the practice areas in which the firm is active. In this video, Massimo Maggiore talks about the recent opinion of Advocate General Szpunar in the Louboutin v. Amazon case, concerning the direct liability for TM infringement by Amazon in respect of the sale of infringing products by third parties through the marketplace.
